Our Managing Director and Founder, Sally Hatcher, began her career in residential lettings in 1995 and has spent over three decades building her knowledge of the local property market.
Together with John Hatcher and an experienced team, Sally has developed a business built around personal relationships, straightforward advice and providing a service clients can rely on.
We specialise in residential sales, lettings and property management across Canterbury, Chartham and the surrounding East Kent area.
Whether we’re helping someone sell their family home, find a new property or manage a rental investment, our approach remains the same: take the time to understand what’s needed and provide clear, practical support.
