I started my career in the lettings industry in 1995 and I have extensive experience working in the letting industry specialising in the Canterbury area and its surrounding villages. We offer practical advice to help in the letting and management of your property. I started my career in lettings and property management towards the end of 1990's after serving in the Household Calvery for 14 years. I gained my Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property in 2001 and i am now studying for the Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. My role at Sally Hatcher Estates is to cover the marketing and viewing aspect of the business.

I joined Sally Hatcher Estates in January 2020 after working for many years in the Hair and Beauty industry. I came into the family ran business as the property manager to all of Sally Hatcher Estates professional properties, however I've recently changed roles to be a Sales & Lettings Negotiator as of October 2024. I've always wanted to learn more about the industry & enhance my qualifications.

I joined Sally Hatcher Estates in August 2023 as a Senior Property Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in the estate agency sector. My career spans various roles, including letting and sales negotiator, valuer, and office manager, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

I specialise in managing HMO properties and overseeing the student accommodation side of the business. Currently, I am advancing my professional qualifications by studying for the Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA).

I hold a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from Bedfordshire University, which has honed my organizational and problem-solving skills, complementing my career in property management.

I joined Sally Hatcher Estates in October 2024 as a Property Manager to all of Sally Hatcher Estates professional properties, after working in a Primary School for 11 Years. I completed my teaching degree and hold a BA Hons in Primary Education; however, I knew teaching wouldn’t be my forever job and I wanted to further my knowledge and gain new skills within the letting industry. I am currently studying towards my Level 3 Certificate for Estate and Lettings Agents (CELA).

My fervent interest in financial management, coupled with an extensive understanding of the Lettings sector, inspired me to establish 'Letts Reconcile'. This venture is dedicated to providing tailored Client Accounting Services and bookkeeping solutions to independent Letting agents, ensuring a personalised approach to meet the unique requirements of each client. Among my esteemed clientele is Sally, with whom I've had the pleasure of knowing for the past 14 years, marking her as one of my initial clients. As a licensed bookkeeper accredited by AAT and serving as an ARLA Propertymark Consultant, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of financial stewardship within the property industry.
