Tenant Find
Suitable for landlords who prefer to manage their property themselves but would like professional help with marketing, enquiries, viewings, tenant referencing and arranging a tenancy.
Rent Collection
An option for landlords who want assistance finding tenants and managing ongoing rent collection, while retaining responsibility for other aspects of property management.
Fully Managed

What letting services do Sally Hatcher Estates offer?
We offer Tenant Find, Rent Collection and Fully Managed services, with HMO management also available. Each option provides a different level of support depending on how involved you would like to be in managing your rental property.
What is included in the Tenant Find service?
Our Tenant Find service is intended for landlords who want professional assistance finding suitable tenants but prefer to manage the property themselves afterwards. It can include marketing, enquiries, viewings, referencing and preparing for the start of a tenancy. Please refer to our current service agreement for the exact inclusions.
What is the difference between Rent Collection and Fully Managed?
Rent Collection provides support with collecting rental payments and associated administration. Fully Managed provides broader ongoing support with the tenancy and property, which may include maintenance coordination, property visits and tenant communication. Our team can explain the differences and help you choose an appropriate service.
Are there additional charges beyond the management fee?
