Property check report

General conditions

Our reports are limited to the areas that could reasonably be accessed at the time of inspection and are visual only.

During the course of the inspection we do not attempt to move furniture or heavy items. However if we feel an item may be disguising hidden damage this shall be noted in the report. Where beneficial, photographic evidence will be provided. No electrical or gas tests will be undertaken during our visits.

This report is made solely for the use of our client (the purchaser of this report). We accept no responsibility or liability to any third party who may rely on this report in part or in full.
